• If the political left was smart, they would heed the old adage, “you can’t control the wind, but you can adjust your sails”, regarding climate change.
• And speaking of climate change, adhering to its green delusions, Germany has shut down most of its nuclear, coal, and gas electrical generation plants with the predictable result that “green sustainable energy” has increased power costs to the point they are now twice as high as its neighbor France and four times higher than in the United States.
• The illegal alien invasion Biden unleashed is a cancer upon our society.  And yes, a sad consequence of this situation is that some families will likely be separated, which can be likened to a skilled surgeon removing healthy tissue that’s attached to a malignant tumor in order to save the patient’s life.
• What goes around comes around and in the process of failing his constituents, Gavin Newsom has set fire to his own political future.
• There’s an awful lot of oil and natural gas lying below the permafrost in Greenland – minerals too. The Danes should seriously consider selling it and collecting the royalties from whomever can harvest these difficult-to-get at resources.
• We’ve all heard (and probably used {the idiom “Beyond the pale,” in our own speech, so what is the pale?
• The Medal of Freedom is supposed to go to Americans who have benefited their country.  And Joe Biden awarding the medal to George Soros, a man who has devoted his life to tearing down traditional America is a classic example of someone doing something that’s ‘beyond the pale.’
• When Hillary Clinton had the democratic nomination for president she was heralded by the media as the most experienced politician to ever run for the presidency – nonsense! She had one year of experience 27 times, so be clear, love him or hate him, like him or not, the United States is about to enter a new era under the leadership of a man who is arguably the best-prepared new President in America history.
• And one of the best thing about the new administration is that Americans will always know exactly where the president stands on the issues.
• When government takes its eye off the ball tragedy is the usual consequence, and we need look no further than New Orleans & Los Angeles two cities that paid in spades for DEI; the former with and FBI focused on this woke ideology instead of tracking terrorists and the later because evidently in LA, DEI was more important than fire hydrants and fire trucks.
• Joe Biden’s legacy will be one of two things, “The president who wasn’t there” or “The man who occupied the Oval Office between the two Trump administrations.”
• Much of the world does not understand how Donald Trump was re-elected mostly because they don’t understand what a disaster Joe Biden was for working-class Americans.
• Whatever the haters think of Donald Trump, the fact is he beat them; he beat the collusion hoax, the phony impeachments, the ridiculous show trials, the raid on his home, and the non stop hate from the media and is on the cusp of turning those victories into legacies.
• The democrats in California have steadfastly refused to take on the environmental lobby and blame the L.A. fires on climate change, which is a convenient excuse because the evidence doesn’t support that contention, besides, California has had a dry climate and Santa Ana winds, even with hurricane-force gusts on occasion, for centuries.
• Americans rightly decried the downfall of Joe Biden and his swift replacement by Vice President Kamala Harris, often referring to the matter as a “coup.”  But this wasn’t a coup, by definition, a coup is, “a sudden, violent, and unlawful seizure of power from an existing democratic process by external forces,” but there was no violence or external forces involved– absolutely none – this was an “inside job” plain and simple.
• I find it interesting that if a man breaks a law, which was written and voted on by elected legislators he is innocent until proven guilty; however, if a man violates a government regulation which is overseen by non-elected regulators, he is considered guilty and has to take those regulators to court to prove he’s innocent.
• As the California wildfires attest, progressive government isn’t about solutions to problems, it’s about imposing woke, leftist ideology.  At the same time, I don’t fault the politicians who obviously haven’t been looking out for the people they serve, rather the real issue lies with the voters who keep electing this idiots.
• Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts epitomized the Left’s concern for people when she solicited donations on X for the victims of California’s wildfires by attaching a link to secure.actblue.com – the only problem is that the site the virtue-signaling part-time Cherokee Indian senator wants people to donate too is actually a democrat fundraising site that skims 3.95%  off the top of all donations to further fund leftist ideology.
