I’ve got a bridge to sell you if you don’t think this is deliberate.

“With honor and integrity, we will safeguard the American people, our homeland and our values,” reads the mission of the Department of Homeland Security on its website.   The website further states that the Department of Homeland Security secures the nation’s air land and sea borders to prevent illegal activity and is focused on keeping our community safe.  A noble mission for sure considering that the Department of Homeland Security is the third largest federal department of the United States government and oversees the largest immigration system in the world.  As such, its “core functions” are clear, i.e., to prevent terrorism, secure our borders, and enforce immigration law.

Question – while we know the “mission” a fair question might be to ask what has the Department of Homeland Security accomplished regarding that mission since assuming power almost two years ago?  Answer – this administration has presided over the greatest immigration catastrophe in American history, which includes the highest recorded number of border crossings and the lowest number of deportations by any administration—ever!  But that should not come as a surprise for anyone who’s listened to Secretary Mayorkas speak on the subject.   Unbelievably, and in defiance of his charter, Mayorkas publicly stated that “…being here illegally by itself is not enough to be removed.”

It’s an objective reality that Mayorkas has been instrumental in designing and implementing the system that has allowed immigrants from more than 160 countries to enter this country and remain here illegally.

Children, especially young girls, are being abducted, assaulted, raped, and murdered by human traffickers, while countless numbers of known terrorists (40 in the last month) and vicious gang members are transiting our southern border and making their way into communities all over the United States.  Additionally, American taxpayer money is being used to incentivize and reward these illegals with food, clothing, healthcare, cell phones, welfare benefits with ‘ghost’ flights and bus tickets to secretly send them around and transfer these folks into our communities.

America is dealing with a humanitarian disaster that would have been unimaginable just three years ago.  But it doesn’t end there, because of the Biden administration policies the drug cartels are making billions and building their empires as they flood our streets with fentanyl and other deadly substances and that has made drug overdoses (100,000 deaths last year alone) the number one cause of death for Americans ages 18 to 45.

The Border Patrol and law enforcement agencies & officers are completely overwhelmed; additionally, these brave men and women are becoming personally endangered as the rule of law is trampled and the sovereignty of our nation is threatened like never before in our history.

Meanwhile, Secretary Mayorkas has appeared before three separate congressional committees.  During that time, he has exhibited an extraordinary talent for evading questions and providing inaccurate answers, which insults the intelligence of the American people while subjecting them to extraordinary danger.

America is currently experiencing a complete loss of operational control of our southern border.   People are allowed to simply walk in here and live and work and collect taxpayer funded benefits & assistance for years and years, sometimes permanently.  And if this continues, we will soon be overwhelmed and crushed by the sheer weight of illegal immigration.

It should be obvious that Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is either unable or unwilling to do his job, and based upon the facts of the evidence, the only explanation I can come up with is that he’s doing this intentionally, which is not only despicable, but also an impeachable offense. Fortunately, there will soon be an election and I strongly suspect the American people will no longer allow this to stand.  So, I think we can safely assume when the Republicans take control of Congress in January 2023, Secretary Mayorkas will be one of the first of a long list of incompetent Biden apparatchiks to be impeached.
