Twenty questions to ask your liberal friends

1. How does it benefit America that Joe Biden’s ‘build back better’ plan purports to create jobs for Americans, yet according to his own Department of Labor, there are already 10,800,000 unfilled job openings in America?
2. How does it benefit America that gas prices on average are up 40% since the president took office?
3. How does it benefit America to shut down the Keystone Pipeline while giving a green light to the Norstream II pipeline that benefits the Russian economy by allowing them to deliver natural gas to Europe, while gas prices increase in the U.S?
4. How does it benefit America to shut down drilling on federal lands, such as ANWR but then turn around and ask OPEC to increase its production?  C’mon, does OPEC or Russian or Iranian oil really have less hydrocarbons than American oil?)
5. How does it benefit America that the child poverty rate has increased from 14% to 18% since Joe Biden took office?
6. How does it benefit America that nearly 100 cargo ships (the most in history) remain undocked and unable to off-load their cargo containers at the port of Long Beach-Los Angeles while our Department of Transportation Secretary, Pete Buttigieg hasn’t even issued a statement on the matter?  What’s the plan Pete?
7. How does it benefit America to allow more than 1.5 million illegal aliens, from at least 70 different nations to enter this country unsupervised and unvaccinated?
8. How does it benefit America that in August 2020 the Trump administration caught more than 47,000 illegal immigrants and released just 10 of them into the interior, while in August 2021 the Biden administration arrested 195,000 illegal aliens and released 44,000 into the American interior?
9. How did it benefit America to abandon Afghanistan leading to more human rights abuses (especially among women) by the Taliban?
10. How did it benefit America that our closest NATO allies were aghast when they were blindsided by the president’s ham-handed exit from Afghanistan?
11. How does it benefit America that our “Over the horizon” technology in Afghanistan is so efficient and precise that the most recent drone strike killed more than 100 innocent women and children? (As an aside, recall how the media excoriated Trump for a drone strike that killed the world’s #1 terrorist, Qasem Soleimani?)
12. How does it benefit America to support CRT teaching in schools that divides children based on the color of their skin?
13. How does it benefit America for the government to spend so much money that inflation explodes (btw, have you checked out the price of hamburger or shoes, or cotton swabs, or garden hoses or anything else for that matter?)
14. How does it benefit America that so many liberal jurisdictions, such as New York City and San Francisco have instituted no bail laws allowing criminals to commit more crimes while violent crime has increased 30% since the election?
15. How does it benefit America to oppose voter ID laws?
16. And how does it benefit America to claim that “white supremacists” are more of a threat than Muslim Jihadists?
17. How does it benefit America that our public school system remains at less than full capacity with many teachers staying home, a full year after the Trump Administration gave the world not one, but two COVID vaccines,?
18. How does it benefit America that the President of the United States was unaware that our government was selling nuclear submarine technology to the Australians, a process that so angered the French, who were going to supply Australia with those submarines, that they recalled their ambassador to the U.S?
19. How does it benefit America that energy companies are considering using more coal this year meet the expected energy shortages in the New England States and California due to the administration’s mandated cutbacks in oil production?
20. And lastly, how does it benefit America for Attorney General, Merrick Garland, to inject the FBI into local school board matters?

I could go on, but I think you get my drift – so the next time you speak with a liberal, ask him or her a few of these questions and see if you can get a direct answer without them bringing up the fact that Donald Trump had mean tweets.
